Guided by the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Industrial Development Bureau and organized by the Development Center for Biotechnology (DCB), a foundation dedicated to biotechnology development, and the Industry Cloud Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (iCARM), the "iCARM Establishment Conference" was held at the Taipei Bioinnovation Park. The event aimed to leverage the integration of regenerative medicine and digital technology, connecting the unique expertise and services of alliance members to collectively overcome challenges in the development of the regenerative medicine industry.

Initiators of the alliance, Dr. Che-Yao Chang, CTO of Advanced Connection Technology Inc., and Mr. Long-Chun Su, CEO of MediDiamond Inc., expressed that the biotech industry is highly specialized, large in scale, and filled with challenges. They emphasized that forming alliances is an essential path for this industry. By connecting the coopetition industry value chain, they aim to provide concept verification (Proof of Concept) services for hospitals, physicians, research institutions, biotech, and technology companies aspiring to engage in regenerative medicine research and development.
