Mito-GFP mRNA ( m1ψ substitution )

Mito-GFP mRNA is designed for live-cell mitochondrial labeling and tracking. By encoding a GFP reporter fused with a mitochondrial targeting signal (MTS), it enables precise mitochondrial localization and rapid, transient visualization of mitochondrial dynamics such as movement, fusion, and fission. This tool supports studies of mitochondrial function, disease mechanisms, mitophagy, and drug screening applications. Synthesized with a Cap 1 structure, poly(A) tail, and m1ψ modification, it is optimized for stable and efficient expression in cell-based research.
